INGREDIENTS PER PORTION

120 ml lemon béchamel sauce
80 g broccoli
50 g mushrooms (e.g. chestnut mushrooms)
100 g pasta (e.g. farfalle, penne)
Parmesan
Herbs to garnish
Pepper

PREPARATION

  • Pre-cook the pasta until it is around half done and drain it
  • Blanch the broccoli and rinse under cold water
  • Slice the mushrooms
