80 g broccoli
50 g mushrooms (e.g. chestnut mushrooms)
100 g pasta (e.g. farfalle, penne)
Parmesan

- Pre-cook the pasta until it is around half done and drain it
- Blanch the broccoli and rinse under cold water
- Slice the mushrooms
